When placing an order, we require you to complete and submit the HemaCare BioResearch Product Order Form, which includes information such as product type and specifications, bill to/ship to address, PO number, etc…
For fresh products from random healthy donors, HemaCare will recruit and schedule a donor for collection upon order confirmation. Standard collections are scheduled Monday through Thursday for next day delivery. Please order each collection at least one week prior to desired date of receipt.
For cryopreserved products already in inventory, HemaCare will ship the product within one to two days of receiving all required forms. No lead time is required, but product delivery is subject to stock availability.
For custom products, HemaCare may require additional lead time to recruit donors that meet specifications. Lead time period will be discussed upon order request.
A HemaCare representative will confirm your order, pricing, and delivery date within one business day after receiving the completed BioResearch Product Order Form and purchase order or credit card information.
Unless instructed otherwise, HemaCare ships all products via FedEx Priority Overnight. If you have a preferred carrier you wish to use, please specify the carrier name and provide the account number at the time of order placement. Delivery charges will be billed to your account. Local delivery by HemaCare can be arranged for a nominal fee.
All sales are final. No returns are accepted without a prior arrangement with HemaCare Corporation.
