Ordering Information
To obtain a product for research purposes only, we require you to complete and submit the Limited Supply Agreement (please contact our research department to obtain the form). When placing an order, please provide the following key items:
- Limited Supply Agreement
- Purchase Order
- Bill to / Ship to address
- Date required
- Quantities needed
- Any specific product specifications
- FedEx account number

A representative will confirm your order, pricing, and delivery date within one business day after receiving the completed Limited Supply Agreement.
Delivery Information
Unless instructed otherwise, HemaCare ships all products overnight via FedEx. If you have a preferred carrier you wish to use, please specify the carrier name and provide the account number at the time of order placement. Delivery charges will be billed to your account. Local delivery by HemaCare can be arranged for a nominal fee.
Return Policy
No returns are accepted without a prior arrangement with HemaCare Corporation.
